It really depends on your group size, and you’re allocated time. If you have limited time, less than two hours ideally a Tagger per player. However, if you’re hosting a party for 20 people, and your party is 3-4 hour’s, 10 taggers will be enough as your party goers can take turns.

Our equipment is weather-resistant, however we wouldn’t advise using in heavy rain, storms or if the BOM have issues a severe weather warning. Consider a backup indoor area alternative to play.

Yes, someone will need to be present to sign for the gear upon delivery. If this isn’t possible, please contact us to arrange alternative delivery instructions. Someone will also need to be home for the pick-up. If our courier attends your address and you are not their additional charges may apply.

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings if possible!

Accidents can happen! Minor wear and tear is included in your hire. However, significant damage or loss may incur a repair or replacement fee. Contact us immediately if any issues arise, and we’ll assist you promptly.

We recommend laser tag for ages 6 and up. Our equipment is designed to be lightweight and easy to use, making it perfect for young children, while still being exciting and engaging for teens and adults.

No vests are required! Our laser taggers are equipped with built-in sensors, so there’s no need for bulky gear. This makes it easier to move around and enjoy the game.

We recommend checking with your local council to confirm any permissions required. Our equipment is fully portable, making it easy to play anywhere. If you are playing in a public place, you need to be mindful not to cause public Alarm.

Laser TagMania Hire is strictly DIY service designed to be simple and easy for you to run yourself. We provide all the gear and instructions you need to make your event a success. This model allows us to keep costs down and give you full control of your event. Our equipment comes fully charged and typically lasts around 12 hours of continuous play, more than enough for a full day of laser tag fun!

Our standard hire is for one full day, but we can accommodate extended hire periods if needed.

Returning the equipment is easy! Simply repack it into the provided containers, and we’ll arrange for a courier to collect it from your location after your event.

Yes. When placing your booking, please let us know whether you plan to play indoors or outdoors so we can configure the equipment for the correct environment.

If you’re playing indoors, finding safe substitute playing cover can sometimes be difficult. For indoor hires, especially in halls or sports centres, we highly recommend adding our TagShield © Pop Up Cover.

The cover stands freely indoors and provides versatile, safe playing cover for all players.

While our TagShield © Cover was originally designed for our professionally staffed Laser Tag Tasmania events, we generally only recommend it for indoor DIY hire due to the extra considerations involved with safely securing cover outdoors.
